Foliage has been removed from the masonry. Acrylic glass will be replaced with true glazing. Unshielded floodlights will be replaced/shielded by cans. The old security camera was a pre-existing functional camera not to be removed. String lights are of a temporary seasonal nature.

Work as per annotated photograph stamped vcc approved 06 01 17 as follows: to remove the existing material from the french market place elevation of the brown-rated courtyard in-fill. To install new cement board, metal lath, and stucco mixed per vcc standard detail sheet (attached). Stucco to be a minimum of two coats.
