Build a new retaining wall decorated with flagstones in the front by the curve work to be performed: remove existing hedges and the 1/2 ft retaining structure currently there and build a new retaining wall approximately 39" tall and 12" wide with a concrete cap 14" wide and 2" thick. Retaining wall will be made of cinder blocks with a 24" deep footing and decorated with flagstones. Once built, the sloping front yard will be filled in to be leveled and boxwood hedges planted along the lines of the wall on either side.
