(f) (3) an uncovered deck (no roof) may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet to the side or rear property line. Appears the deck / landing may have been constructed as close as ten feet and eight inches feet (10? 8?) from the rear property line. In november 2004 a zoning permit was reviewed and eventually issued for what appeared to be an addition / enclosure to the front of the home.
