I visited the site on the 21st of february. My observations are reflected in pictures attached to permit documents. I observed water lines in basement area adjacent to and at a higher elevation than the lower level finished area that indicate definite signs of recent flooding. Also, the tenant ( shannon ) showed me what appeared to be mold on and in the ductwork return that utilizes the joist cavity for return air. Apparently at some recent point there was a leak in the plumbing that is clearly shown in the attached pictures. No actual leaking water was observed at time of inspection on the 21st of february. Heating and chimneys have been inspected based upon appearance, consult a licensed professional for a thorough inspection. All swimming pools must be fenced to prevent entry by children.
