Rec. Plans for modular lot 28 reference 05-17 for grading and driveway approvals also subdivision approval under 05-2073;scc; received phone call from leigh warren on the behalf of david d. Smith company requesting update on zoning review. Called and left message with applicant contact, fred luther, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Noted the zoning permit application was not complete or signed. Swr july 8, 2005 4:29:27 pm stuartr ; received, reviewed and approved revised site plan and survey. Submitted survey does not label land area to the front of structure as public or private right of way along deaverpark cir, therefore front setbacks remain normal district standard of fifteen feet (15?) from property boundary line
