To repoint areas of masonry as indicated on annotated photographs stamped vcc approved 10 09 17. All mortar to be mixed as per vcc standard details (attached). All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. Note: permit issued in response to violations but does not address all violations. Other violations to be addressed under separate permit(s).
