I am entering his approval and contacting the contractor to let him know that the permit is ready. (a call from the owner instigated the search which revealed that this was the case). :bld; to request residential inspections call redacted phone number: footing inspection required: footing inspection is to be made by the building inspector after the trenches are excavated, all grade stakes are installed, all required reinforcing steel and supports are in place and appropriately tied, all necessary forms are in place and braced, and before any concrete is placed.
