To install one (1) double-faced mdo sign, with no lettering, per drawings submitted on 00 00 17 & stamped vcc approved 00 00 17 sign will measure: 43 3 8" x 7 8" x 3 4" thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door. Sign will hang from existing sign pole until gallery is installed. Will require revised vcc permit sign is illustrated mouth with red lips and white vampire teeth. No additional illumination or lighting is approved
