For an administrative review of previously issued ap#640879 approved by variance under cal#26293; enclose two (2) exterior staircases with pilot houses (to enclose access stairs to roof deck only) on houses #1 and #2, as per plans. No changes in height or area of previously approved buildings, no change in previously approved use of multi-family household living (eight (8) dwelling units) with sixteen (16) accessory garage parking spaces (two (2) spaces under each unit) accessed by a shared driveway.
