The following work is approved for the upriver elevation of the building:1. Clean stuccoed masonry wall with prosoco 20 cleaner in conjunction with low pressure washing (100psi)2. Cut out deteriorated stucco down to sound substrate. Repair mortar joints as needed to match existing with vcc approved mortar (below). Apply vcc approved stucco formula (below). Stucco to be tooled and scored to match existing adjacent stucco finish. 3. Paint areas of stucco repair as needed to match existing. Mortarno more than 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted, as quality control is not consistent. Stuccobase coat- consists of 2 coats, doubled up work of 5/8" total thickness, proportioned as follows:no greater than 1:12 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, and 9 parts sand, 6 lbs./cubic yard hair or fiber, enough water to form a workable mix.
