First floor plaster to be patched and replaced where necessary using approved vcc stucco mixto raise existing guardrails on second and third floor balconies of the decatur elevation as per plans submitted 12/17/15, approved by the architectural committee 1/12/16, and stamped vcc approved 1/19/16.
