All i need is the buncombe county register of deeds plat book page where this subdivision was in fact recorded to continue zoning review swr september 26, 2006 2:15:45 pm stuartr ; applicant representative bill burgin provided deeds and copies of surveys showing there are two (2) parcels described on two (2) separate deeds for these lots even though buncombe county land records maps them as one parcel (redacted phone number81177). These deeds are date the vacant parcel at april 1945 (vacant lot) and other parcel that now has two (2) dwellings (1991 single wide 14 x and 1926 stick built home) in november 1946.
