Remove and replace masonary front wall on existing footing. Replace windows and exterior door in same location - no change in size or height. Install brick ties every 24" vertical and 36" horizontal and physical tie in every four foot vertical. Flashing, caulking and energy requirements as per irc 2006. No other work allowed on this permit. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Installation of (1) hvac unit (including ductwork and all associated accessories). Sfd
