Contractor will complete the following work: in master bathroom- demo entire bath down to the studs and subfloor. Debris will be removed and disposed of properly. Frame new walls to design plans by hammond design. Include new niche and linen closet. Licensed electrician will install new outlets and wiring to code. Install new light fixtures, fan, and exhaust fan. Install new radiant floor heating and kickboard heating. Licensed plumber will install new shower, toilet, and sink. Contractor will insulate all new and opened walls and install drywall throughout. Install tile on floor and around shower. Install all finish carpentry work and doors. Paint as needed. In guest bathroom-remove closet down to studs and subfloor. Remove carpet in bedroom. Frame new linen closet. Floors and walls will be patched as needed. Licensed electrician will install new outlets, wiring and lighting to code. Install new exhaust fan. Licensed plumber will rough-in and install tub,shower valve, toilet, and sink
