1. Sweep the loose grave from the surface of the roof and dispose of it. 2. Mechanically fasten inch fan fold insulation to wood deck. 3. Mechanically fasten a mil tpo roof membrane over the fan fold insulation. This membrane will be a white membrane. 4. Install all the proper base flashings around all pipes and other penetrations as per the manufacturers recommendations. 5. Install new white drip metal to the wood deck 6. Remove all associated roof debris and leave the job site neat and clean.
