Installation of four suspended water source heat pumps with associated ductwork.

Relocation of 173 sprinklers on the 1st floor in the itt esi ste for clemens

Relocation of fixtures, new fixtures and sanitary back to existing sanitary mains, 8 toilets, 4 urinals, 7 lavs, 1 mop receptor, 1 water cooler, 2 floor drains

For the alteration, modification and new installation of hvac equipment located on the first floor. All work shall comply with the approved plans. This work activity shall be performed by a contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Interior alteration as per submitted plans for an existing building on partial the 3rd floor.

Replace fixtures and grease trap

Hotworks: welding cutting soldering torch work - permit expires 08 20 2014

Install clean agent fire alarm panel, initiating and notification devices and circuits, as per nfpa-72 (cc dist)

Install new hfc-125 clean agent gas fire suppression system in 3rd floor computer room.

Relocate (10) heads

Lawful occupancy of 2 people for 2nd floor cafeteria. Occupant load of 2 is permitted only when folding partition, as shown on plan, is not in use. Actual certificate will be delivered by building inspector

Replace exist 2x4 ltg w new,branch circ wiring from exist pnl for offices,connect 4 new fan coils for water source heat pumps, install devices- dup rec, single pole lt swit, 4 emg batt units, 4 exit lts w batt back up as per 2008 nec (offices)

Certificate of occupancy to reflect the current use of the third floor as a personal growth training facility. Lawful occupancy sign as per attached plans for room 301 and room 303 (a & b). No change in use or area.

Install one set 30" x 27-2"illuminated letters on raceways fastened to existing electric.

Furnish and install (234) category 5e, plenum cables, longest run 1 feet, as per 2008 nec

Interior demo and alterations to existing spaces for a classroom fit out, upgrades to finishes, upgrades to bathrooms, new stair, as per submitted plans. Install accessible route lift per attached. Level 2 alts, change in use group. Existing sprinklered building. No work to exterior per phc. Vacant space will require urp and co prior to occupancy

Zoning change to above 12 classrooms.

Tenant fit out of personal services and educational training with accessory offices as per plans.

Fast form building permit
