2 story addition above existing 1 story garage

Construction of a two story addition over existing one story accessory structure. Interior exterior work to include improving existing structural to safely accomodate addition and renovations to existing construction to facilitate work. Work to be in accordance with approved zoning permit, approved building plans and plan review form. Separate permits required for sprinklers, mechanicals, electric and ductwork.

For an administrative review to decrease the size of deck from 1 sq to 93 sq ft, 2nd floor elevation will be reduced from 19to 159" , the 3rd floor elevation will be reduced from 286" to 275". Total roof area will be increased from 1,1 sf to 1,196 sf, the square footage of the pilot house will be increased from 159 sf to 198 sf, stair tower will be increased from 711" to 8 and for the erection of a canopy ( 3 projection from the property line and above top of side walk) and for the reduction from four(4) dwelling units to a three(3) family dwelling in the same building with an existing non-accessory parking garage on first floor.
