Remove existing brick veneer to expose foundation. Rebuild new veneer over exsiting foundation as per approved plan with planning commission approval.-sfd install 4 inch brick veneer on existing footing in front of existing masonry wall as per 2009 irc 703. 7. Maximum height: feet above foundation. Maximum thickness 5 inches. Window and door openings same size location. New concrete footing to be below frost line, ( inches). New wall shall be anchored to supporting wall with corrosion-resistant metal ties 24 inches on center horizontally and vertically. Provide 1 inch air space between walls. Provide weep holes and flashing above window and door openings. Provide capping, flashing and caulking at termination of wall to prevent water infiltration. An inspection of existing wall and footing to be scheduled with inspector before work starts.

Interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceiling only. No other work allowed under this permit. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure.

General interior renovations, new dywall, insulation, bathrooms and kitchen, new windows and doors over existing openings, 1898 square feet of interior alterations - single family dwelling - applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated feb. 2007. Deviations from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
