Repair service wing roof per materials approved by architectural committee 02/23/26 and stamped vcc approved 03/09/16, including:remove existing metal cap flashing and replace with mortar cap with embedded stainless steel mesh,install new rain and ice shield in ursulines-side valley gutter,install new copper sheet lining in ursulines-side valley gutter,remove three (3) existing skylights installed on ursulines-side roof slope,install one (1) new 2-0"x 4-0" skylight and two (2) new 2-0"x 2-0" skylights on ursulines-side roof slope. Skylights: velux qpf skylight, with standard gray cladding, copper pan flashing, and low e3 tinted glazing. Remove two wythes of brick at stairhall scupper,install new copper box scupper at stairhall copper conductor head,tuckpoint masonry as needed. Mortar: no more than 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. Remove and replace hvac and platforms. Repair roof shingles. Patch and repair to match existing parapet wall topping. Remove and replace termite damaged ceiling joist ( six to ten) minor interior masonry, sheetrock, and painting repairs. Replace exterior iron balcony support posts

Installation of temporary bracing under balcony/gallery for filming purposes. To be removed upon completion of filming. Temporary bracing must be installed in a manner that does not damage the existing balconies, galleries, facades, sidewalks, etc., and does not obstruct the sidewalk. The attachment of temporary supports by welding, bolting, screwing, etc., to the balcony/gallery structure is not permitted. Type of support system must be reviewed, approved, and have permits issued by the department of safety and permits, department of public works, and any other agency with jurisdiction. The vcc defers all issues of safety, stability, & soundness of the bracing system to the dept. Of safety & permits, whose role is to guarantee those intended qualifications.

Retain four (4) swann high definition cameras, installed without benefit of a permit to underside of gallery, per specifications received 09/02/14 and stamped vcc approved 09/07/14cameras shall be painted white to match adjacent building surface. All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces.

All paint to match existingwalls... Coral, 4 f 027, flat or eggshell finishshutters... Green, 4 e 635, semiglosstrim including doors, windows and frames, gallery soffit and fascia... White, 1 a 169, semiglossironwork... Blackfailure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a vcc violation and mandated repainting.

Replace existing mechanical platform guardrails

Per attached materials stamped vcc approved 02 15 17:cut gallery posts at 14" above grade. Remove deteriorated post boot and install new steel boots to match existing. Paint gallery posts green, 4 e 635 (benjamin moore), gloss, to match existing.

Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards as necessary from the third floor gallery on the royal st. Elevation install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure

To rearrange a total of nine (9) mechanical units and construct a metal guardrail, all on mechanical platform located between the main building and the service ell. Work as per architectural committee approval of 05 09 17 and plans stamped vcc approved 05 17 17.

All work occurs on the roof of the connecting structure between the main building and the service wing as follows: remove existing torch down roofing material repair and or replace underlayment as necessary install new modified bitumen roll down roofing material metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.

Remove replace torch down roof, replace decking, copper flashing
