Remove debris from fire damaged building. Demo damaged framing members on interior of building. No demolition of exterior brick walls. Provide required racing to front remaining wall along canal street. Provide required bracing to remaining center wall perpendicular to canal street. Contractor will provide a floor joist system along the canal street wall for all four floors contractor will provide this joist floor system feet from the canal street wall. See contract for detailed description. All sidewalk barricades and other closures must be permitted and pre-approved by s&p and dpw.
