Replace shingle roof with genuine vermont slates

Remedy vcc violations. (owner filing petition to maintain signs). (security camera permits filed separately). 1) repair deteriorated roof trusses, 2) repair deteriorated and ineffective roofing material and window enclosures, 3) install missing window and repair deteriorated dormers, 4) repair incorrect brick on rear wall of building, 5) remove existing asphalt roof and replace with vcc approved slate roof.
