Remove two wall-mounted window a/c units on the right side of the main house, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Infill the opening left in the wall on the first floor with appropriate brick and stucco, with a finish to match the existing wall, and paint dark red, to match existing. On the second floor, enlarge the opening left in the wall to install a wooden six-over-six double-hung window with true divided lights, to exactly match the existing window on the second floor of this elevation. Paint window and trim white, to match existing. Install hvac condenser unit at ground level at rear of property as shown on drawings. All work described above will be per application received 3/12/13 and per drawings received 3/12/13 and stamped vcc approved on 3/27/13.
