Complete gut and renovation of interior of house to create bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and open first floor living space. Work to include the remodeling of rear existing addition as addition is not properly supported and sitting in the ground. New roofing, new windows and doors, patch and repait exetrior as needed. We are asking permission to remove existing front half of roof as it is falling in and pushing top of exterior walls outward. These walls are out of level by 3 1/2". By removing the roof we will be able to straighten walls and reframe a roof to todays standards. Roof framing to consist of 2x rafters 3/4" roof sheathing and a year architectural shingle. On our original permit for this property we had figured on framing the roof from the inside and not disturbing the existing frame. Please read engineering document.
