To repair balcony and columns of the ursulines elevation of the service building as per materials submitted 10 04 16 and stamped vcc approved 10 13 16 as well as vcc standard detail sheet no 12 (attached) previously existing guardrails to be reinstalled following balcony repairs5 4 tongue and groove beaded wood to be used as soffit material on underside of balcony and as ceiling above balconysoffit material to be installed perpendicular to the face of the building note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.

Remove existing slate roofing material from main building repair and or replace underlayment as necessary and install ice and water shield repair dormers as necessary to match existing install new ac service ladder on rear slope of main roof matched to existing and paint to match color of new slate install new natural slate (grey green), using copper nails install repair half round copper gutters and flashing install reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing. Metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. All work must conform to standard vcc policies & gui
