Install drywall skim patch walls- screendoor and main front door, install kitchen cabinets. Install light fixtures, ceiling fan. Install applicances, remove debri, install ceramic in kitchen and bathroom, install vanity- toilet fix plumbing issues as needed ez permit stadard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
