The existing driveway 56 x concrete driveway will remain the same however there will be a new 56 x 5 concrete driveway extension and 152" x 5 concrete apron. The existing 139" x 50" concrete south of the house and west of the driveway must be removed and replaced with topsoil and grass seed. An existing 152" x 23 concrete portion of the apron must be removed and replaced with topsoil and grass seed. The 152" x 23 replaced portion of the apron must have new concrete curbing along blake street. All work must be done by the property owner and if a contractor is hired the contractor will need to be currently bonded and insured with the public works department.
