Swr july 31, 2006 3:22:26 pm stuartr ; august 17, 2006 9:51:03 am bdavis ammendent to remove boiler from permit. Will be adding electric baseboard heaters instead.(i am not removing the mechanical contractor because amy advised that they did do some work upstairs).; january 25, 2007 7:51:16 am sbrank residential renovation/remodel.; dsc was holding project due to insuficient site plan. Received new site plan today.
