Building final as of 4-25-00, zoning final 4-25-00, electrical final 4-20-00, mechanical final 4-24-00, plumbing final 4-24-00. Issued by ssb.; bldg a-1 approved stacy merten 6/19/98 per plans revised 1/30/97 approved by city council 2/97.; ok per ernie hewitt. Existing permit; ok per carroll sams letter dated january 19, 1999 ok for lots 1-4; call steve schoch for building inspection at redacted phone number townhouse #1 in building "a" building comments: refer to review checklist and review comments attached to the approved drawings. The approved drawings and checklist shall be on the jobsite for use by the inspector(s). An energy compliance worksheet has been provided, which will need to be completed and returned to the building inspector. Since all the units are identical, calculations for a single unit will be sufficient.
