This permit is for 1. 5 inch drilling on s river road only. A flagger is required for traffic control. Concrete slurry mix will be used to backfill the holes. Engineering inspection will determine in the field what will be required for street repair. A seperate permit will be required to open s river road for pipeline repair. Fees for this permit will be collected with that permit. Permit 04-0187 and 04-0919 are still open and must be finaled prior to any new permits. 04-0187 & 04-0919 are
