Installation of fire suppression system and standpipes, nfpa 13 14, connect to existing system service.

Install 6 water closets and 5 sinks (commercial)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Relocate 11 existing sprinkler heads. (apartments)

Rough in 4th and 5th floor water heater 3 toilets,4 lavs,1 bath tub,1 shower,1 washer machine and 1 kitchen sink (mixed use)

For the installation of a solar panel array on roof, module panels not to extend higher than 13"(inches) above roof surface at highest point, panels not to overlap parapet at any point. Array to be loaded with ballast weight according to attached ballast schedule and to be installed per all manufacturers specifications. Separate electrical permit to be required. (owners of the photovoltaic panels are required to notify the fire department of the panel installations, which shall include the address of the property and the location of the panels on the property in accordance with the philadelphia fire code, section f-605. 11. 3.)

Certificate of occupancy for 2nd and 3rd floor. Separate permit required for use registration permit and certificate of occupancy for 1st floor. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. No changes to exterior. No work alterations to windows doors per historical commission

Installation of two (2) furnaces, two (2) condensing units and ductwork with grilles, registers and diffusers per plans approved by the philadelphia histroical commission (no alterations to front facades; condensing units to be placed at rooftop per plan). Separate permit required for any electrical work.

Roughin to install the following fixtures, 7 wc, 7 lav sink, 8 floor drains, 8 floor sinks, 1 mop sink, 4 sinks, 1 ejector pump, 2 water heaters (restaurant)

Installing emergency lighting and exit signs where required, installing power lines ( amp) to (3) ac condensors and (3) electric air handlers ( amp) as per 2008 nec (cc dist)
