Applicant must meet required off-street parking standards by providing for at least two off street parking spaces of which no portion of spaces may be located within the public road right-of-way. Applicant should clearly identify and mark location of right-of-way line, property boundary line and the distances to the foundation of the new construction prior to calling and requesting building footing inspection.
