Temporary certificate of occupancy for erection of temporary structure (mobile mri unit -trailer) adjacent to the emergency dept. Temporary structure to comply with section 3103. 2 - 3103. 4 of the 2009 international building code. Location of temporary structure shall be in the location as per approved as per zoning plans due to type of construction and fire resistance ratings of the exterior walls for the proposed structure.
