Received complaint via phone call from tenant; sidewalk providing egress to muliple units is mud covered, slippery, and presents hazardous walking conditions when raining; sidewalk floods with water; condition has existed for 10+ years and last notified land lord by email 2-3 weeks ago; units affected are 106 thru 116; call tenant at redacted phone number and leave message; rlh; june 3, 2013 9:21:22 am rhurley.
