Demolish existing kitchen to studs and subfloor. Frame new kitchen per design plans. Fire block and insulate walls and ceiling properly. Install new wiring and outlets to meet electrical code, install new lighting per kitchen design. Rough in new sink faucet, disposal, dishwasher, gas range and other plumbing fixtures. Blue board all new walls and ceiling and plaster to a smooth finish. Install new solid oak hardwood flooring. Install new kitchen cabinets, interior drim and baseboard and hardware throughout. Window replacement indicated on design plans has been removed from the scope of the work. Prep and paint all finished surfaces.
