The applicant proposes to repair refurbish the original wood windows on the subject home per the attached window schedule and narrative. If during the course of the project, any sash replacement will be accomplished with a "like" wooden sash. The applicant also proposes new wood storm windows to be installed on the exterior of the home. The rear windows on the east faade of the home may or may not be replaced. If they are replaced, planning staff suggests wood or wood clad windows, however because they are not visible from the street, the type of window to be used in this location is the applicants choice. The planning division file includes photos of all the subject windows to be repaired.
