Roof replacement to exclude standing seam metal dormer roof. Remove existing shingle roof and flat app roof and haul away debris. Furnish and install a new shingle roof of customers choice below over lb roofing felt. Non structural furnish and install ice and snow shield at eaves and perimeter of skylights. All pipe collars and boots to be replaced as necessary. Skylights to remain and to be re-flashed with existing flashing kits and new step flashings. Parapet walls that tie into shingle roof will be flashed with new 032 aluminum before they are wall capped. Furnish and install shingle vent ii at main ridge and cover with matching caps. Furnish and install a new black 0 rubber roof over inch insulation at flat portions of roof. Note: a/c unit to be lifted and re-set onto rubber walk pads. New 0 rubber to be carried up and under shingles and carried up parapet walls. All parapet walls to be flashed with new 032 aluminum
