The applicant is proposing to reconfigure the interior space of the home which will require several exterior alterations to the home as follows: 1. Replacement of the front door on the east faade. The replacement door will be similar to the existing and should be a steel or a wood clad product (applicant to choose) . If the door has muntins, the door either needs to have true divided light or in the case of external muntins, a spacer between the glass must be installed to give a better appearance of a true divided light door. The door to be replaced is not original. 2. Three windows on the south elevation are to be removed and replaced. The windows are not original and at least one of the openings, if not more, have been altered over the years. The current window configuration is an array of miscellaneous openings.
