Repair roof, non structual members; remove existing upper roof and haul away debris. Furnish and install a new white 0 epdm roof over insulation and carry epdm up walls and under wall cap on main roof. Insulation to be set with plates and screws. Flashings to be 032 aluminum at wall cap on upper roof color of customers choice. We will remove cornice metal and install new to match neighbors as closely as possible. Furnish and install a new insulvent and flash with new epdm. Flash all vent pipes with new epdm. Chimney to be flashed with new 032 aluminum, cut into brick joint. Furnish and install a new 6 og aluminum gutter and 3x4 downspout on upper main roof. Remove upper roof round gutter and furnish and install a new 6 white aluminum gutter run seamless. Gutter to be hung with hidden hangers and reattached to existing downspout. Clean front porch flat seam tin roof and paint with calbar red roofing paint.
