Paint trim and window sashes on 3rd floor dormer windows (to match exisiting),. Repair screen in orleans elevation dormer. Repairs louvers and paint 2nd floor shutters (to match existing). Trim: cottonfield ici #93 (to match existing), semiglossshutters: southern veranda ici #195 (to match existing), semiglossironwork: black (to match existing), semigloss all paint to be glidden fortis 4 or equivalent. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
