The applicant proposes the following to the subject home: 1. Conversion of the structure from a duplex to a single-family home; 2. Renovation of an existing rear addition to include new siding (smooth, horizontal lap cement fiber), new windows (pella double hung aluminum clad wood windows), new entrance door (wood with glass lites), asphalt shingles, and new rain gutters; 3. A cedar deck, railing, and stair around the rear addition (per plans); 4. Window replacement on west faade including a slight reduction in the opening; raising the bottom sill approximately 6 to accommodate interior modifications; 5. Concrete removal in the rear yard; 6. New concrete drive; 7. New front and rear concrete walkways, 8. New turf per site plan; and; 8. New 6 horizontal cedar fence in the rear.
