Repairing front porch repair or replace front porch roof joist(s) and roof decking. Re-shingle with architectural asphalt shingles to match existing roof. Restoring wood soffit and fascia. Installing three rectangular, wood porch columns and wood balustrade around porch deck. Enclosing carport enclosing existing attached carport on the east side of the house to create a garage with the same footprint as carport (15 x 21). Will maintain existing roofline of carport parapet wall on front (south) faade of garage. Using pine, 8 drop siding to enclose structure (curtain wall on east faade). Garage door will be aluminum with windows openings towards the top. Installing wood door on the west side of the garage door between the house and the garage. Installing two additional wood columns to match the porch on either side of the aluminum garage door. All material information scanned into accela.
