Partner will perform the following tasks for the phase ii subsurface investigation 1. Prepare a site-specific health and safety plan 2. Acquire permits from the district department of energy and the environment 3. Notify miss utility a minimum of 48 hours prior to drilling activities to clear public utilities 4. Perform a geophysical survey on the entire subject property to identify the location of former on-site tankholds and/or existing usts, piping, and/or associated features and to additionally clear boring locations of utilities 5. Advance four borings in the vicinity of the ust location, based on data from the geophysical survey and/or historical records, to a terminal depth of feet below ground surface or groundwater, whichever is more shallow, collecting soil samples continuously to the terminal depth and collecting a grab groundwater sample at the terminal depth 6. Field-screen each soil sample using a photo-ionization detector 7. Prepare up to four soil samples and four groun
