St. Elizabeths east campus stage 1, phase 1 infrastructure improvements project consists of the redevelopment of roadways and utilities to serve an approximately 35-acre portion of the campus. The improvements include the construction of roadways and associated utility infrastructure. Including water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, dry utility infrastructure, stormwater management lid facilities, erosion & sediment control three traffic signals, and survey support services. No actual building construction is included in stage 1, phase 1, but the demolition of four small buildings is within the project scope.
