Tear out old framing, drywall and insulation in nw basement room and replace with new and install egress window and window well. ======================= 1) tear out old drywall, framing, and insulation and dispose from the 3 exterior walls. Temporarily remove suspended ceiling grid and carpet. 2) apply basement water proofing made by zinsser to concrete floor and 3 exterior concrete block walls. 3) install 6mil plastic vapor barrier 4) install 2x4 walls at 16" on center on the 3 exterior walls. 5) install 1/2" drywall, tape, mud, sand joints. 6) dig hole for egress window well after calling diggers hotline. 7) cut 32. 5" x 50. 5" rough opening for 29 x 47 egress casement window by pella. 8) install 3" deep river pebb;es, 3 " deep pea rock base, 3-4 in concrete footing for concret block window well 9) install 5 courses of 8"x8"x16" split face concrete block in a u- shape. Interior measurements of the well are 40" high, 48" wide, 40" long(away from house). 10) install 3 - 1/2"x40" rebar an
