This work is to repair an existing brick retaining wall 18 inch high x 24 feet long , which was damaged by city tree root and not a fence as indicated by technician catrina felder. All materials for brick wall repair will be kept on the front lawn side and will not block the sidwalk. All repair work will also be performed from the front lawn side and will not block the sidewalk. This is a resubmision from lapsed permit tracking number 207466 which required a drawing of the 18 inch high x 24 foot long existing brick retaining wall because the erosion plan was not submitted. I have resubmitted the drawing of the proposed retaining brick wall and the erosion plan for the project as requested after the previous permit tracking number 207466 lapsed. Since this is not a fence, but a 18 inch high x 24 foot long retaining brick wall, i will not need to submit a site plan with all existing elements and proposed elements in public space and a specification sheet with elevations and footings for
