Repairing 9 wood windows on the north and west sides (street facing facades) of the home (triplex) and replacing 18 wood windows on the south and east sides (interior and rear facades) of the home as depicted on the floor plans. Repair work will include removing and repairing wood sashes and sills scrapping paint, repairing patching any rotted wood, sanding, priming, etc. And replacing glass window panes when necessary. Replacing the rest of the window sashes with amsco studio series vinyl to match the existing style dimensions of original windows. None of the window openings will be enlarged all window dimensions and window styles are to remain the same. Original wood frame casing to remain.
