Installing two fire escapes on the exterior of the home to accommodate a new large group home use. Fire escapes are being required for this type of use from both the 2nd story and attic levels. Escapes will be vertical caged ladders with expanded metal walkways (black) as depicted on page 4 of the plan set. The ladders are approximately 26 1 8 wide. The first ladder will be located on the west faade of the house and project from the south-most, 2nd-story window down the south faade as depicted on page 2 of the plan set. The second ladder will be located on the east faade of the house and project from the center dormer on the attic level, down and across the covered porch towards the south side of the property as depicted on page 3 of the plan set.
