Washington parks and people (wpp)/department of parks and recreation (dpr) are responsible for obtaining affirmative sign off from pepco on the approved site plan before proceeding to install the amphitheater under this permit. Must make sure area remains barricaded during and following construction of amphitheater. Per lenny douglas with dcra, a building permit is required for this structure. Wpp/dpr are responsible for obtaining a building permit from dcra based on the approved site plan before proceeding to install the amphitheater under this permit. Permit is good for life of the fixture. Expiration date refers to date by which all work under this permit must be completed.
