In basement level, remove exisiting finished walls (sheetrock, insulation, wood studs) along foundation up to within 12" of the ceiling, leaving 12" as a guide for reconstruction. (new england dry basements) install interior permiter drain system below slab, ~12" out from foundation, running ~ linear feet along foundation, around the exterior of the currently finished space, terminating in a sump well 5 beyond current sump well location in unfinished space. Install "vapor-brite" vapor barrier along foundation walls, integrated into drain system. Cover drain pipe with crushed rock and concrete to repair slab. (alewife co.) re-build finished walls along foundation at prior location, using previous studs at ceiling to sister new kd studs. Pt plates. Insulate with rockwool and install mold-resistent sheetrock. (alewife co.) skim coat slab with self-leveling compound, replace slab vapor barrier, pt sleepers, and plywood sub-floor in preparation for owner-supplied finish flooring. Remove she
