Interior renovation to include new finishes, hvac, plumbing and electrical work. No changes to demising walls and no change in building area. No exterior work is anticipated. Structural work is limited to the the addition of a new floor to close-off an existing convenience stairway that leads from the basement to the first floor and reinforcement of floor structure beneath file storage area. Hvac work will be limited to recalculating and redistributing air handling needs for the partitioned office and waiting room spaces, electrical work will be limited to reconfiguring lighting and outlets. Plumbing work in this project is limited to relocation of public restrooms and reconfiguration of a sink for use at a nurses station. Sprinkler work will be limited to relocating heads and drops as required by the new layout.
